中文摘要 | 本文係研究粘土、水泥混合料之組件,於不同成型壓力及水灰比時,經 水中養護、燒結後之強度變化,並藉孔隙分析儀 (MIP),X光繞射分析儀(XRD), 電子掃瞄顯微鏡(SEM):熱差分析儀(DTA)等微觀技術佐證,結果顯示經由養護或 燒結之試體:若孔隙得以排除,則其強度與成型壓力成正比,而與孔隙率成反比。 粘土/水泥50:50試體於1150℃燒結60分鐘,將可獲優良之抗壓強度(350MPa)。 |
英文摘要 | This study is to examine the strength change of cement/clay based segments with different compacting pressures and different water to cement ratios after water curing and sintering. Several microstructure measurements, such as MIP, XRD, SEM and DTA, were also used to illustrate the strengthchange. Testing results showed that if pores can be completely eliminated, the strength of the specimen after curing and sintering is directly proportional to the compacting pressure, and inversely proportional to the porosity. Specimens with 50 cement attain a better compressive strength (350 MPa) by sinteringtemperature at 1150℃ for sixty minutes. |
