中文摘要 | 發生在模穴內部的側壁皺摺是板金成形中常見且比較難以解決的問題。本文以錐形杯引伸成形作為分析側壁皺褶所用的模型,藉由薄殼挫屆理論的探討、三維有限元素法軟體的模擬以及實際的沖壓試驗,來研究分析錐形杯側壁皺褶的發生機構,並探討各項製程參數對皺摺的影響,期望能藉由研究結果提供模具設計者有關解決皺褶缺陷的概念。 |
英文摘要 | Wrinkles occurred on the side-wall of the drawn sheet-metal in a deep drawing process are usually very difficult to cope with. In the present study, the conical cup drawing was adopted to analyze the wrinkle phenomenon. A theoretical model which predicts the critical stress for the occurrence of draw-wall wrinkles was developed using the plate bucking theory. The 3-D finite element analyses were also performed to examine the effect of process parameters on the formation of wrinkles. Both the theoretical model and the finite element analyses were validated by the results obtained from conical cup drawing experiments. |
