中文摘要 | 近年來,由於通信技糐進步,網際網路的快速成長及行動通信業務蓬勃發夠,如何 提昇服務品質,滿足使用牙需求,留住既有的客戶,為目前營運上首要工作。有鑑於此,高 速數據專線的供裝速度的改善,即成為重要的課題。 目前與專線服務相關之電腦化系統有用戶線查訂線作業之「線路設備運用管理資訊系統 (LEAMIS)」、提供數據類專線作業流程控制之「數據業務資訊系統(DSIS)」提供中繼調訂作 業功能之「網路資源調度及管理系統(PAMS)」以及提供客戶調訂作業功能之「客戶光纖通個 管理系統(OPTIMA)」。上述PAMS、LEAMIS、DSIS與OPTIMA不同的檔案結構在不同的專 屬平臺上發展建設完成,由於服務供裝流程太過複雜使整體調訂效率不佳。亟需縮短租裝、 移機、拆機、更正等作,以面對未來競爭。 本文說明OPTIMA及相關作業系統中專線申裝作業自動訂線方法,其中包含專線申裝作 業的流程控制、客戶電路的調訂邏輯、追蹤各專線聯單的作業狀態、以及確認專線在各系統 問傳送結果,進而可協助分析個營運單位的工作績效,而為了要快速提昇調訂效率,將專線 調訂改為全自動化,以減低人工作業的繁雜,如何做偌自動化調訂及其產生之效益,亦為本 文討論的重點。 |
英文摘要 | The ongoing revolutions in telecom developments and Internet technologies in recent years have stimulated the market growth. While new competitors are joining the market, Chunghwa Telecom Company (CHT) needs to improved its service quality. The most important thing is to reduce the service-responding period of leased line provision. Leased line provision related to several existing systems such as Line Equipment Application Management Information System (LEAMIS), Data Service Information system (DSIS), Provisioning and Management System (PAMS) and Opticalloop Telecommunication Information Management System (OPTIMA) to cooperate with each other. However, they are developed with different database structures and system configurations. These differences not only complicate the processes of leased line provision, but also result in the delays of customer services. In order to improve the efficiency of provision, we design a new automatic method to simplify the service handling processes of leased line reservation. This paper describes the method of automatic leased line provision in OPTIMA and its related OSSs (Operating Support System). This method includes the flow control for leased line provision, the reservation logic for access network, the trace record for states of leased line orders, and the correctness of data transfer. Further, our method can also contribute to the analysis of performance of operating departments. We also discuss the advantages of automating th procedure of leased line reservation. |
