中文摘要 | 編排教師課務為國民小學學校行政的重要事務,惟迄今未見論者探討相關理論,也未見有學校應用客觀的編排方法。本文探討國民小學教師課務編排的相關課題,包括定義、影響因素、理念取向、原則、流程和一般模式,另簡介階層分析法 (AHP) 的理念、問題、最近研究成果和分析流程。此外,選取臺北市某所大型國民小學教師為樣本,應用階層分析法,建立一個國民小學教師課務編排指標的權重體系,並提出若干應用策略,以供參考。 |
英文摘要 | The arrangement of teaching works is an important affair in elementary school administration, but there are no more the related theory and no more application of the decision making about it. The paper studies the related issues about the arrangement of teaching works in elementary school, which includes definition, influential factors, theoretical approaches, principles, process and general model. It also introduces simply the ideas, problems, recent researches and process about the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). And then it uses the AHP, which takes one big elementary school as sample, to construct a weighted indexes system of the arrangement of teaching works in elementary school and presents some applicable strategies. |
