英文摘要 | The cold forging progressive die technology can rapidly and stably produce high quality and complex shape products. For the last two years MIRDC introduced and established the design capability of this technology. This article will illustrate the characteristics, shape and precision restriction to be produced by this technology. Besides the differences from conventional stamping process are introduced. In addition the analysis on construction parts in the products of 3C industries locates the demand of small size, high precision and one-piece is exactly the desired goal of this technology. This article will illustrate some examples on the changes of market and technology environment by explaining the present is the right timing for domestic 3C mechanical parts manufacturers to establish this technology. The anufacturers had better grasp this precious opportunity to upgrade manufacturing ability and product quality, eventually increase the competitiveness of domestic 3C industries. |
