中文摘要 | 沖鍛技術為鈑金成形與冷間鍛造結合之複合成形技術,使用沖床設備進行高自動化生產。由於現今模具製作技術提昇,一體形和產品精密度皆可在同一成形模組內完成。3C(Computer, Communication, Consumer electronic 電腦、通訊、消費性電子)產品的機械構件,往往尺寸小巧、外形複雜而且精密度要求高,以傳統工序生產的製品,無法提供穩定的品質,或者不具生產成本的優勢,而漸被沖鍛製程代替。本文將簡介沖鍛技術原理,以及沖鍛製程製造3C產品的實例。 |
英文摘要 | Stamping/Cold Forging technology incorporates sheet metal forging and cold forging operations, equipped with presses, and undergoes high-automation production. One-piece design and product precision can be achieved within one progressive die set, attributed from the improvement of the modern tool making. The mechanical parts of the 3C products (Computer, Communication and Consumer Electronic) are prompt to be compact, complicated geometry and precision-demanding. Parts made from traditional processes can not provide consistent quality or exhibit cost effectiveness, and have been gradually replaced by the stamping/forging process. The introduction of the stamping/forging technology and examples of producing parts for 3C products are provided in this article. |
