中文摘要 | 氣候條件的改變使得河川流量產生變化,流量變化不僅影響水資源管理,亦對水質及水中生態造成嚴重的衝擊。本研究評估七家灣溪在不同氣候變遷預設情境下河川流量所受到的衝擊。本研究考慮之氣候變遷預設情境分為兩類:(一)假設全年平均溫度增加兩度,降雨量變化±10%、±20%;(二)利用四個GCM(General Circulation Model)模式預測之溫度及降雨量變化。模擬結果顯示,預設情境一中若溫度上升、降雨量減少,則河川流量減小之百分比大於降雨量,且枯水期減少之百分比較豐水期大,若降雨量增加則因為溫度的影響,雖然河川流量增加,流量上升的幅度與降雨量增加幅度相近;預設情境二中,雖然平均年流量均有增加的趨勢,但卻有豐水期流量遽增及枯水期流量遽減的現象。研究發現,七家灣溪流量受氣候變遷影響最重要之課題為豐枯水期流量極端化。 |
英文摘要 | Streamflow will be effected by climatic conditions. The change of streamflow not only influences the management of water resource but also may cause serious impact on river ecosystem. This research evaluated the impacts of climate change on the ChiChiaWan creek's streamflow. Two types of climate scenarios were considered. One was to add 2℃ to the daily mean temperature and change the rainfall from -10% to +20%. The other one was to use the data projected by General Circulation Models. The results revealed that in the first kind of climate condition the period of low water changed more severe than the one of high water when rainfall was decreased, and the decrease of streamflow was more severe than the one of rainfall. Because of temperature, the increase of the streamflow was close to the one of rainfall when rainfall increases. The other kind of climate showed that although the average of annual streamflow was increased, severe increase of high water and decrease of low water were detected. This study found that it has to put emphasis on extreme change of streamflow in both the period of low water and high water. |
