中文摘要 | 本研究中提出以模擬退火法配合集水區污染負荷模式(the GWLF Model)中之流量模擬模式,在模擬流量誤差最?之目標下,決定雨量站最佳控制面積權重。集水區平均雨量常用徐昇氏法或平均權重法等來計算,本研究提出應用模擬退火演算法(Simulated Annealing Algorithm, SA)來優選集水區雨量站控制面積權重,以計算平均雨量。模擬退法擁有跳脫區域最佳解的能力。增加找到全域最佳解的能力,增加找到全域最佳解之機率。本研究方法應用於大甲溪上游德基水庫集水區以及曾文溪上游曾文水庫集水區,其結果顯示本研究方法較徐昇氏法及平均權重法為優。另外本研究也以模擬退火法與迭代改善法(Iterative Improvement)、亂數選取法(Random-Searching Method)做搜尋效能上之比較,而結果顯示以模擬退火法之效能為最佳。本研究方法應用於平均雨量之推求,未來可以此啟發性方法配合其他不同之評估模式,處理其它優化問題。 |
英文摘要 | Simulated annealing algorithm with the streamflow component of the GWLF model were used to determine the optimal weighting of rain gauges, which has the objective function to minimize the difference between observed and simulated monthly flows. Watershed areal precipitation is usually calculated by the Thiesson method, average weighting method, etc.. This study applied simulated annealing algorithm (SA) to optimize weightings of rain gauges to calculate average rainfall. Simulated Annealing has ability to escape from the local optimum, and increase the probability to find global optimum. The method was applied to the Ta-Chia and Tseng-Wen creek watersheds. Results indicate that the method proposed in this study can result in better streamflow prediction than Thiesson method and average weighting method. Besides, using SA has better effectiveness than iterative improvement and random-search method. In conclusion, this study applied Simulated Annealing to estimate areal precipitation and yield better streamflow predictions, and the same framework can be applied to optimize other problems with linking SA to other evaluation models. |
