中文摘要 | 切換式電磁線圈為工業界與日常生活中使用當普及的電磁線圈,然而在電磁線圈 靜態響應與動態響應的分析與估算設計上,卻存在著模糊的地帶。本文所探討之電磁閥電磁 線圈,為機車ABS用電磁閥之電磁線圈,主要用於機車防鎖死煞車系統之元件。於電磁線圈 靜態響應方面,本文使用等效電路法,提出簡化之靜態響應統御方程式,並使用有限元素法 模擬,最後經由實驗瞼證簡化方程式之可信度。於電磁線圈動態響應方面,本文經由電動機 之等效模擬,提出簡化之動態響應統御方程式,並經由實驗驗證之。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper focuses on the measurement, analysis and design of switching solenoids. In this paper, a solenoid, which is mounted on a ABS (Anti-look Braking System) hydraulic valve, is chosen for the study of the static and dynamic characteristics. Moreover, a simple calculating algorithm is proposed to estimate the static and dynamic responses of switching solenoids. On static response, we use equivalent circuit method to estimate the force-stroke relationship. Besides, finite element method is also employed to calculate it. After experimental comparisons, the equivalent circuit method is proven to be effective in the calculation of the force-stroke relationship of solenoids. On the other hand, an equivalent motor model is utilized to simulate the dynamic stroke-time relationship, after experimental comparisons, the method is found to be accurate in the simulation of the stroke-time relationship of switch solenoids. Finally, some new concepts are presented for the development of higher performance switching solenoid. |
