中文摘要 | 近年來,信任的研究已經引起不同學科領域的重視和興趣,可惜的是,研究分析單位的分歧卻造成研究者陷入更深的概念泥淖之中。 本文即試圖以一個整合性的觀點,對信任的本質和類型做一個有系統地論述。其次並針對組織信任的兩個構面:組織內的信任氣氛與組際間信任之前因變項對組織之影響提出討論。本文最後並對未來的研究方向提出一些建議。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, the study of trust have raised emphasis and interest in different disciplines. Unfortunataly, the devisions of analysis units of trust have induced researchers fell into the ‘conceptual morass’. Consequently, in this article we try to explore systematically the nature and types of trust, on a integrated pespective. Moreover, we believe that there are two dimensions in organizational trust, the one is atmosphere of trust in organization, the other is interorganizational trust. The articale then discuss the antecedents of the two dimensions and their effects on organization. Implications and future research directions are also outlined. |
