中文摘要 | 鹼性清洗劑目的在去除物件表面之油污以利後續加工作業,在組成方面有三項主 要成份:鹼劑、界面活性劑、金屬離子封鎖劑,鹼劑可提供鹼度以中和酸性污物、皂化油脂 、輔助界面活性、防止再附著等作用,而界面活性劑可降低界面張力、濕潤滲透、乳化分散 等功能,為鹼性清洗劑最重要之成份,金屬離子封鎖劑可將硬度離子封鎖以免影響界面活性 及產生副作用。在洗淨機構上,油脂之去除機構為捲起( Rolling up )及乳化分散,鐵粉 之去除則須藉助物理力。而影響清洗效率除清洗劑外,尚有溫度、濃度等多項因素。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the alkaline cleaner is to remove the soils clinging on the surface of work-piece to facilitate subsequent processing. In an alkaline cleaner formulation, there are three main components: alkalies, surfactants and chelating agents. The alkalies offer alkalinity to neutralize acidic soils, saponify fats, enhance the activity of surfactants and prevent redeposition of soils. Surfactants with their abilities to lower interface tension, provide wetting and penetration, emulsify and disperse oily components, are the most important components in alkaline cleaners. Chelating agents will sequester hardness causing ions to avoid dementrical effects on surfactant activities. A cleaning mechanism involve soils rolling-up, emulsification and dispersing are used to explain the removal of oil from the surface, but mechanical force will be necessary for the removal of iron fine from steel sheets after cold rolling. Other factors that affect the cleaning efficency of a cleaner include temperature and cleaner concentration. |
