中文摘要 | 本試驗研究採後處理及立式容器含水運輸之方法,以提高卡斯比亞切花之觀賞價值延長瓶插壽命。本試驗共分成三部份,第一部份研究採收後立即吸水或陰置2小時或4小時對卡斯比亞切花之影響,發現採收後立即吸水對切花之重量、增加小花開放率及降低小花萎凋率均有正面而顯著之效益。在第4天時,立即吸水組之小花開放率仍有15.22%, 而陰置2小時組為8.80% ,陰置4小時組祇剩下1.94% 。第二部份比較以立式容器含水運輸及紙箱離水運輸對卡斯比亞切花之影響,試驗結果立式容器含水運輸者在切花重量、增加小花開放率及降低小花萎凋率均比紙箱之表現較佳,而且有顯著性之差異。在第4天立式容器含水運輸之小花開放率仍有13.85% ,紙箱組只剩下0.7% ,其間相差甚多。第三部份研究以綜合預措液含8-HQS 、Sucrose 、GA3、AgNO3及市售預措液OVB 等加入立式容器含水運輸24小時後對卡斯比亞切花之影響。試驗結果以200 ppm 8HQS+10% Sucrose 預措液處理對切花重量、增加小花開放率及降低小花萎凋率等有顯著性效果,在第5天時200 ppm 8-HQS + 10% Sucrose 預措液處理仍有7.25% 之小花開放率,而對照組則完全萎凋已無小花開放。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this experiment was to prolong vase life of Statice by postharvest and transport in the container with water. The experiment comprise three parts. Which part one were the comparison of water uptake immediately, delay two hours and delay four hours after harvest of cut flower. The result indicated that water uptake immediately treatment had weighter, high open floret percent, low wilting floret percent of cut flower. Part two was the comparison of wet transport in the container with water and dry transport in the carton. The result indicated that wet transport treatment had weighter, high open floret percent, low wilting percent of cut flower. Part three was the comparison of different pre-treatment solution. Cut flower were put in solution to be tested 24h, and thereafter in water. The result indicated that 10% sucrose + 200 ppm 8-HQS had weighter 、open floret percent 、low wilted floret percent of cut flower.If we harvest cut flower of Statice, immediate put in water, then by wet transport in the container with water and plus10% sucrose + 200 ppm 8-HQS, we can prolong vase life and increasing ornamental value of Statice. |
