中文摘要 | 將無機粘土材料及木質殘材廢料以高溫燒結法製成木陶瓷複合材料,其結果如下 :1.木陶瓷複合材之導水度受粒片幾何形質影響甚大,杉木粒片愈粗者,其導水度愈大。 2.以白色粘土燒結之木陶瓷複合材料,其孔隙率較以黃色粘土者大。 3. 以粗杉木粒片製作之木陶瓷複合材, 其孔隙率及噪音衰減係數均大於以細杉木粒片製作 者。 4. 以白色粘土或黃色粘土製成之木陶瓷複合材,其背後襯以 1cm、3cm 及 5cm 空氣 層結構,雖能提高噪音衰減係數,但差異不顯著。 |
英文摘要 | The wood ceramic composites were made from inorganic clay and organic bio-waste materials. The experimental results are as follows: 1.It revealed that the hydraulic conductivity of wood ceramic composites was greatly effected by the geometry of china fir particles. The hydraulic conductivity increased with increasing size of wood particles. 2.The porosity of the wood ceramic composites made from white clay is larger than that from yellow clay. 3.Both of the porosity and noise reduction coefficients of wood ceramic composites made from coarse china fir particles are greater than those from fine ones. 4.The wood ceramic composites made from china fir particles and white clay or yellow clay backed by an air cushion stucture with thickness of 1cm, 3cm and 5cm rear, respectively, could increase the noise reduction coefficient, but no significant differences were observed among them. |
