中文摘要 | 本研究主要的目的是:1.了解本校日間部與體重控制班學生在健康體適 能上之差異情形。2.了解本校日間部與體重控制班在運動健康態度上的差異情 形。本研究以德明技術學院日間二年制專科部新生五個班及五年制專科部四、五 年級選修與健康體適能相關課程的「體重控制班」的學生為受試對象,共計有447 人(男82、女365人)。本研究採用教育部(民86)所編製中華民國學生體適能測驗手 冊中所訂定之測驗內容及自編「運動健康態度量表」進行研究資料的蒐集。所得 資料經統計分析後,獲得以下結果:1.本校男、女生除心肺耐力不適合相互比較 外,男生在身高、體重、身體質量指數、肌耐力、瞬發力上,均顯著優於女生。 2.本校男生在肌耐力、瞬發力、心肺耐力的體適能能力上,列於全國常模「不 好」範圍。3.本校女生在瞬發力的體適能能力上,列於全國常模「差」範圍;心 肺耐力的體適能能力屬「不好」範圍。4.本校男、女生在運動健康態度上,沒 有差異存在。5.日間部男生在柔軟度、瞬發力的體適能能力上較體控班男生為 佳。6.日間部女生在肌耐力、瞬發力的體適能能力上較體控班女生為佳。7.日 間部和體控班學生在「運動健康態度」上無差異存在。最後,本研究針對結果的 應用,提出對學校在學生體適能課程規劃上的建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand the differences in health-related physicalfitness and attitude toward exercise/health between day college and weight control programstudents. The subjects were 447 students (82 male and 365 female), which included2-year-program day junior college students, grade 4 and 5 of 5-year-program junior collegestudents who took weight control program as health-related physical fitness class. The twoscale were used for data collection: the Fitness Assessment Manual of ROC Student, publishedin 1997 by Ministry of Education; and a self-developed "scale of attitude toward exercise/health". After analyzing the collected data, the following results were obtained. 1.Except the cardiovascular fitness that was not suitable for comparison between male and female,male students were significantly better than female students in height, weight, BMI, muscleendurance and power. 2. The male students' physical fitness conditions, included muscleendurance, power, and cardiovascular fitness were all listed in the "no good" column of nation'smodel. 3. The female students' power was listed in the "worst" column and cardiovascularfitness belongs to the ''no good" column. 4. On the subject of "Attitude towardexercise/health", there was no difference between male and female students. 5. The daycollege male students were better on flexibility and power compare to weight control programstudents. 6. The day college and weight control program females were better on muscleendurance and power than weight control program students. 7. There was no difference inattitude toward health between day college and weight control program students. Based on thestudy results, the suggestions were made to provide as a reference for Tak-Ming College todesign physical fitness programs. |
