中文摘要 | 本研究主要的目的是,瞭解修習體適能課程與一般體育課程的學生在健康體適能及運動保健認知態度上的差異情形。以德明技術學院大學部修習一般體育課程六個班,以及長榮大學選修體適能課程的四個班,共447名學生為研究對象。本研究採用教育部(1999)所編製中華民國學生體適能測驗手冊中所訂定之測驗內容及「運動和保健的認知與態度量表」進行研究資料的蒐集。所得資料經統計分析後,獲得以不下結果:1.男、女生除心肺耐力不適合相互比較外,男生在身高、體重、身體質量指數、肌耐力、瞬發力上,均顯著優於女生。2.男生在肌耐力、瞬發力、心肺耐力的體適能能力上,表現比全國常模差。3.女生在瞬發力、心肺耐力上,表現比全國常模差。4.男、女生在運動保健認知態度上沒有差異存在。5.修習體適能課程的男生,在肌耐力、瞬發力、心肺耐力的體適能能力,以及運動認知、保建認知上,均較修習一般體育課程的男生為佳。6.修習體適能課程的女生,在柔軟度、肌耐力、瞬發力、心肺耐力的體適能能力,以及運動認知,保健認知和保建態度上,均較修習一般體育課程的女生為佳。最後,本研究針對結果的應用,提出對學生體適能課程規劃上的建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to understand the differences in health-related physical fitness, Attitudes toward Exercise/Health, and Knowledge of Exercise/Health between Physical Fitness Education Program and General Physical Education Program. There are 447 student subjects in Tak-Ming College and Chang-Jung-Christian University, which include six classes of general physical education program and four classes of physical fitness education program. There are two scales used for data collection: 1) the Fitness Assessment Manual of ROC Student, published in 1999 by Ministry of Education; 2) A self-developed “Attitude toward exercise/health and Knowledge of exercise/health questionnaire”. The results are as follows: 1) Except the cardiovascular fitness is not suitable for comparison between male and female, male students are significantly better than female students in all areas including height, weight, BMI, muscle endurance and power. 2) The average of male students’ physical fitness condition, including muscle endurance, power, and cardiovascular fitness, are lower than the average of nation’s model. 3) The average of female students’ power and cardiovascular fitness are lower than the nation’s model. 4) There is no difference between male and female students on the subject of “Attitude toward exercise/health”. 5) Male students who are taking the Physical fitness program are better then the male students who are taking general physical education program in the filed of muscle endurance, power, cardiovascular fitness, exercise knowledge and health knowledge. 6) Physical fitness females are better on flexibility, muscle endurance, power, cardiovascular fitness, exercise knowledge, health knowledge and attitude toward health than general physical education program females. Eventually, suggestions for designing physical fitness education program will be provided based on the study results. |
