中文摘要 | 本研究使用鉛合金材料製作男性生殖器遮蔽物,以提供男性病患進行骨盆腔部放射線治療時對睪丸的遮蔽,並對其遮蔽效果及所造成的回散射劑量對病患大腿內側皮膚的影響情形,以評估此遮蔽物臨床應用之優缺點及改善方法之依據。本研究以一體成型製作睪丸容杯,使用GAFCHROMIC EBT3底片量測劑量;底片以組織填充物包覆後置於射束中心點,分別從正面及側面照射,照射條件為:能量10MV、照野10x10cm^2,正面為400MU,以分析在有、無使用遮蔽物之間的劑量差異。並以水平方向將底片夾於RW3固態水假體內,以側面射束進行照射500MU,以分析屏蔽裝置產生的回散射對於表淺劑量的影響深度。遮蔽物遮蔽效果:於正面(175cGy/378cGy)及側面(266cGy/379cGy)方向分別各可減少53%和29%的輻射劑量,其所產生的回散射光子會使得表面劑量增加約12%(504cGy/44lcGy),皮膚表面劑量增加最大,劑量影響的範圖在1.0公分內。此研究之分析結果可提供醫師在製作治療計畫時的輻射遮蔽資訊。遮蔽裝置會增加回射散光子使得皮膚劑量增加,因此在使用時可於遮蔽裝置貼於體表處增加0.5到1.0公分組織填充物以吸收回散射光子減少皮膚劑量。 |
英文摘要 | Lead alloy used in this study of male genitalia shelter materials to provide shelter for male patients for testicular Ministry when pelvic radiation therapy, and its shielding effect and back scatter dose of the impact of the situation on the patient's thigh skin to assess the advantages and disadvantages of the clinical application of this shelter and the basis for improvement.
