中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為(1)確定不同鎘濃度對五種外生菌根菌在固體洋菜媒質中之忍受力;及(2)選擇其中最具忍受鎘毒害之菌種,測試其對鎘之吸著量。 由試驗結果可得知5種外生菌對鎘之忍受性,依次為:點柄乳牛肝菌>大環柄菇>彩色豆馬勃>美味牛肝菌>漆蠟蘑。當鎘濃度達40ppm以上時,完全抑制美味牛肝菌及漆蠟蘑之生長。點柄乳牛肝菌雖在80ppm鎘濃度中,仍然生長良好,且其吸收鎘量,隨培養液中鎘濃度增加,亦近乎成正比例增加。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was (1)to ascertain the effect of cadmium concentrations on tolerance of five ectomycorrhizal fungi species on the solid agar medium, and (2)to select the most tolerable fungal species among those tested to examine its cadmium absorption ability. The results shoed that the relative Cd tolerance of five ectomycorrhizal species was as follows: S. granulatus> M. procera> P. tinctorius> B. edulis> L. laccata. When Cd concentration was more than 4 ppm, the growth of B. edulis and L. laccata was inhibited completely. S. granulatus could still grow well, although Cd concentration in the medium was at 80 ppm. The amount of Cd absorbed by S. granulatus was almost proportional to the Cd concentration in the liquid culture. |
