英文摘要 | The power generation capacity at flood tide is equal to the power generation capacity at ebb tide in the traditional tidal power plant. However, electricity is unavailable at the peak period and it is in excess at the off-peak period. In the author’s past studies, three methods are proposed to generate electricity at the ebb tide period, supposing that the ebb tide is concurrent with the peak period and the flood tide is concurrent with the off-peak period. These methods can be applied to the upper reservoirs of pumped-storage plants, too, because the ebb tides are concurrent with the peak periods in the upper reservoirs of pumped-storage plants. In this paper, an opposite condition is considered. A method is proposed to generate electricity at the flood tide period, supposing that the ebb tide is concurrent with the off-peak period and the flood tide is concurrent with peak period. The dominant contribution of the above papers is that the power generation capacity in the off-peak period can be shifted to the peak period. |
