中文摘要 | 本試驗以砂耕盆栽法在溫室中觀察臺灣杉及杉木之菌根苗與非菌根苗於不同磷肥度下的生長反應。苗木二個月大時進行接種Glomus mosseas內生菌根菌孢子,再經一個月後開始以0.0125Mm、0.025Mm、0.05Mm、0.125mM、0.25mM及0.5Mm六種磷肥濃度處理,觀察苗木的生長及養分吸收的差異。結果顯示:不論臺灣杉及杉木之菌根苗皆具有較高的磷濃度與吸收量,而非菌根苗則具有較高的鉀、氮濃度;在低磷肥處理(0.0125Mm)菌根對幼苗生長具有極顯著的生長助益,惟其效益因磷肥濃度的增加而遞減漸趨不顯著,至0.05mM濃度時,杉木菌根苗之生長已不如非菌根苗,而臺灣杉在0.25mM磷濃度處理時,菌根苗始不如非菌根苗,顯示臺灣杉有較高的菌根依速度,較需要菌根幫助以維正常生長。 |
英文摘要 | In this study pot culture with sand were carried out to observe the growth responses of mycorrhizal and non-mycorrhizal seedlings of Taiwania (Taiwania cryptomerioides) and China fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) applied with different levels of phosphorus fertilizer grown in green house. Two-month old seedlings were or not inoculated with Glomus mosseae spores. Then, one month later seedlings were treated with six levels of phosphorus fertilizer(0.0125mM, 0.025mM, 0.05mM, 0.125mM, 0.25mM and 0.5mM), respectively. When seedlings one year old, they were harvested and the growth and tissue nutrients were measured. Result obtained from this study showed that both Taiwania and China fir mycorrhizal seedlings contented higher concentration of phosphorus than those of non-mycorrhizal seedlings. Non-mycorrhizal seedlings, however, contented higher concentration of potassium and nitrogen than those of mycorrhizal seedlings. Under low phosphorus fertilizer(0.0125mM) mycorrhizae play a significantly effect on seedlings growth. The more phosphorus fertilizer applied the mycorrhizal effects were less. When the level of phosphorus fertilizer increased to 0.5mM level, China fir mycorrhizal seedlings growth were poorer than non-mycorrhizal seedlings. The same results came to Taiwania at 0.25mM level. These results indicated that Taiwania is higher mycorrhizal dependency than China fir and need mycorrhiza for maintaining its normal growth. |
