中文摘要 | 交接箱的使用,不但可提高時線使用率,更可提升線路品質,但在臺灣,由於天氣多變且潮濕,箱內常有結露現象產生,進而發絕緣不良,造成障礙,帶給維修人員很多的困擾。本文即以現場調查表問卷方式先了解障礙現況,再利用實驗來探討結露形成的原因,並尋求有效的預防方法。根據實驗所得,造成端子板絕緣不良的原因為結露在端子堆對間形成通路,而結露是由於氣溫變化時,地面上箱體的溫度和地面下人孔、手孔中積水水溫度之差異,而造成水氣凝結所形成。針對此原因,使用不同的防濕方式作模擬試驗,結果顯示,交接箱內有隔板或使用PU止水材來隔絕水氣效果最佳,而現有箱體的通氣孔,對於結露的改善,沒有明顯的助益。 |
英文摘要 | Originally, the cross-connect pedestal cabinet was introduced in 1977 to facilitate further deployment of cables in Taiwan. The terminating connectors of cabinets in the early stage did not have quiet front design, and new line trouble occurred. The cabinet troubles were tracked through a field survey after widespread application. The physical configuration and related installation procedures of three types of existing cabinets were also studied. The condensation of moisture in the cabinet frame was identified as the major cause of insulation trouble through both field practice and simulative experiments. In this paper, the reasons for condensation of moisture is different cabinets were studied by analyzing the temperature and relative humidity at several spots inside and outside testing cabinets in a testing underground outside plant for several months. The results showed that the temperature doddering between the inside of cabinet and the water in the connected manhole or handhold is the major reason, and the existence of vent and its location make no significant difference. To solve these cabinet troubles, several methods with different moisture barrier such as several base sealants, cement, steel panel, charcoal, or pebble were proposed and evaluated under the following considerations: cost, effectiveness, easy installation, easy reentry and maintenance. The field evaluation was carried out in Keelung for its high yearly relative humidity. Either adding a metal panel divider in cabinet or applying certain sealant at the base of cabinet was found suitable to prevent moisture condensation. |
