英文摘要 | This is a review of the literature as the effectiveness of business ethics codes. Recently the effectiveness of business ethical codes has become an important topic in the study of business ethics. Among the many issues concerned, this paper focuses on the process of forming ethical codes? Second, are there any other factors, other than ethical codes, affecting an individual’s moral decisions? Third, what kind of behaviors that is able to meet the demand of ethical codes? Fourth, who ordains the ethical codes and whom are these codes enforced? And fifth, how do we present the ethical codes? |
