中文摘要 | 數位交換機通話記錄系統(DSS Call Detailed Record System,簡稱CDRS)係為收集TC5、S12及5ES等三種市話數位交換機之通話記錄而開發,CDRS主要分為「收集器子系統」及「通話明細應用子系統」,「收集器子系統」係為改善通話記錄的線上收集、格式檢視及減少人為操控之資料錯漏,並縮短帳務處理及減輕帳務系統之負荷;「通話明細應用子系統」則以各營運處為單位,提供營運人員通話明細的查詢及統計分析,以了解該營運處的市內電話營運狀況來達成通話記錄的可運用性。 本篇論文旨在敘述「收集器子系統」之設計架構、系統功能、目前線上維運情況,並探討未來系統可能遠景。流程設計原理區分為收集(Collection)、處理(Process)與CDR分析(Call Analysis)等三大模組(functional blocks)。收集模組與處理模組配合基本排程與維護管理建置於高可用性(High Availability)系統軟體上,並構成本子系統之實作(Implementation)。 |
英文摘要 | Call Detailed Record System (CDRS) of Digital Switch system (DSS) is a mediation system which used to collect and process the call records from different switch models like TC5, S12, and 5ES. CDRS consists of two subsystems, 'Collector Subsystem' is the front end subsystem and 'Call Detailed Record Applocation Subsystem' is the back end system. The main functions of former subsystem is used to improve the performance on the collection and reformat of call records. The latter subsystem provides the query and statistic report about the call records. Both subsystems can improve the correctness and availability of Call Detail Records (CDR). A brief description of 'Collector Subsystem' is given in this article that includes subsystem architecture, functionality, on-site operation current status and future prospect. CDRS provides three functional blocks including collect, process, and analysis of Call Detail records. The scheduler service and basic management are the basic moduls of the collection module and the processing module which allow user to start and to maintain the scheduled jobs and to handle the requests. The collector subsystem is implemented using high availability technology to provide the uninterrupted service. |
