中文摘要 | 本研究主要是經由調查台北市國民中小學學校用電量之現況,建立本土 的學校建築用電之基礎資料,供學校用電量規劃參考。研究發現,學校用電量與 學生人數、有效樓地板面積有很高相關性,且在學校用電量規劃上單位面積以有 效樓地板面積較總樓地板面積更有意義,因此於學校用電可採用每人單位面積之 用電量(度/人.m��)為指標,供相關單位作為審核學校用電量之依據,及新設學 校用電容量的預估基準,以利掌握合理用電以達節約能源之目的。另外學校全年 用電量,以六月為用電之尖峰,氣候炎熱之七、八月份反而最低,顯示學校建築 用電量受上課期間之影響。並且調查發現大部分學校最高需量超過契約容量受到 超約罰款,顯示學校用電之契約容量尚需合理計畫。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to investigate the power consumption of primary and middle schools in Taipei City at present, and to establish basic data of power consumption. This study finds out that the power consumption is highly related with the amount of students and the effective floor area so ther than the total floor areas. The unit power density per person is a suitable index that could be a basis for examining the power capacity of a new school to control its power consumption for energy saving purpose. The highest peak power consumption of the school buildings is in June. The peak demands both in July and August are the lowest in spite of high temperature that shows the power consumption is highly affected by the school class day on or off. It is also found out the monthly power demand is greater than the contracted demand for most of schools, and a reasonable power demand planning is necessary in the future. |
