中文摘要 | 近年來,國人死亡型態已自急性傳染病轉變為慢性疾病,根據各種有關研究資料顯 示,飲食不當與慢性疾病有極端密切的關係。因此,加強國人對「正確營養及飲食觀念」的 認識,乃為刻不容緩之事,亦激發作者從事此一調查研究。 本研究係以實踐大學八十六學年度日間部二年級學生為研究群體,來從事其是否因外食 而擔心營養不足以補充維生素╱礦物質的營養知識及使用狀況的問題。透過1455份問卷調查 及資料分析結果發現,自認身體健康的只有19%,而覺得健康狀況不佳的佔極高之比率 (81%)。在食物營養觀念的認知方面,大部分的同學對於食物的營養價值見解雖近正確,但 是有關維生素╱礦物質的營養知識則有偏差,一般都認為維生素丸能代替營養均衡的飲食。 而有655位(佔總人數40%)學生使用維生素╱礦物質補助劑,服用的補助劑種類以綜合維 生素、單一維生素C及維生素C、E錠為主(各為53%、43%、24%),有關使用者的購買地 點、訊息來源及動機在本文中也一併討論。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, in Taiwan the types of death have changed from acute contagious diseases to chronic diseases. According to the related research reference, there is close relationships between inadequate eating and chronic diseases. Therefore, it is imperative for us to emphasize the importance of correct concepts of nutrition and eating. The research used the students at Shih Chien University as research population to see if, while whey they were eating out, they were worried about the problems of not being enough in their supplement of vitamins/minerals. Through 1455 questionnaires and analysis of data, the research comes to the result: only 21% students think they are healthy and 81% students think they are not. In the cognition of the concepts of food nutrition, most students are correct in their views of the nutrition value of food, but in respect to the knowledge of vitamin/minerals their views are biased. Most students generally think that nutritious pills can take the place of nutrition-balanced food. Among the population, 655 students, taking up 40%, have ever used vitamin/mineral medicines. The types of medicines they used majorly are complex vitamins, uni-vitamin C and vitamin C、E with percentage of 53%, 43%, and 24% respectively. As to the place where they bought the medicines, the sources of information of buying them, and the motives of buying them are also discussed in this paper. |
