中文摘要 | DNA概念是人類文明發展的里程碑,是生物科學的重要概念。本研究主要探討非 主修生物大學生對DNA的瞭解與學習策略。研究發現有一半以上學生知道DNA是遺傳物質 ,但不知其內涵,對DNA、基因、染色體完全清楚者佔 29%,對DNA組成、構造與複製知 道者約65%~50%之間,不同背景的學生對DNA概念有顯著差異存在。在DNA概念學習中, 本研究發展之交互式多媒體DNA軟體電腦有助於上述學生學習DNA,以及概念改變。DNA 概念圖亦有助於學生概念的整合。 |
英文摘要 | DNA is a fundamental and important concept to the biological sciences. All university students (i.e., majors and non-majors) should be familiar with this concept. This research found that only half of the students knew the acronym "DNA", but even less knew about its meaning, only 29% of the students knew the relationship between chromosome, DNA and genes. The students that come from different majors were found to have an improvement in response to use of author developed DNA software. A concept map was used as a tool to help students integrate their learning. |
