英文摘要 | The purpose of this article is firstly to explain the concept of 360-degree feedback. Then, it analyzes the application of 360-degree feedback in Taipei American School. Finally, it provides some implications for construction and implementation of 360-degree feedback on teacher evaluation of elementary and secondary schools in Taiwan. |
