中文摘要 | 為提升中小學教師的專業素質,本文作者提倡形成性教師評鑑。本文先檢討中小學的教師評鑑工作,然後說明作者近年來所研發的一系列形成性教師評鑑系統,以做為改進中小學教師評鑑工作的參考。其次,說明該系統在台灣地區中小學的推廣情形以及相關實證研究的發現,最後則以形成性教師評鑑在華人地區的推廣與研究展望,做為結論。 |
英文摘要 | In order to promote the professional quality of elementary and secondary school teachers in Taiwan, the author advocates formative teacher evaluation. This paper reviews current practices of teacher evaluation in Taiwan and explains details of the formative teacher evaluation systems developed by the author. After discussing the extension activities and related empirical research of the systems, the author suggests the ways of implementing the systems in Chinese-spoken areas and future research projects in the conclusion. |
