英文摘要 | Precipitation behaviors and aging reactions of the commercial 17-4 PH (precipitation hardening) stainless steel have been investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM), hardness measurements and dilatometry. In the solution-treated sample, the microstructure consists chiefly of lath martensite with significant amounts of micro-twins, Aging treatment at 480°C for 1h (H900 treatment) leads to a peak aging condition; the corresponding TEM reveals that coherent copper particles with body-centered cubic structure precipitate in the martensite matrix. However, aging treatment at 620°C (H1150 treatment) would bring about the precipitation of face-centered cubic copper-rich particles, which have Kurdjumov-Sachs orientation relationship with matrix. |
