中文摘要 | 隨著成衣自動化之趨勢,藉由幾個關鍵性織物力學參數,以預測成衣品質,已成為追求成衣快速反應系統的重要指標。為此,本研究應用逐步迴歸法,試圖建立織物力學性質與垂墜褶視覺美觀性間的轉譯模式。由實驗結果發現,織物彎曲剛性、剪切鋼性、剪力滯後值及布重等力學參教與垂墜褶視覺美觀性間存在著的負相關性。又經逐步迴歸分析,確可由織物某些關鍵的力學參數,建立織物力學性質與垂墜褶視覺美觀性間的轉譯模式。其被選入轉譯模式中之參數,是由織物的彎曲剛性、在0.5度時剪力的滯後值、壓縮彈性及布重等四項所組成。且經實際考核,本研究所建立的垂墜褶視覺美觀性預測模式,即轉譯模式,具有頗高的預測能力。 |
英文摘要 | As garment manufacturing becomes more automated, it has become possible to use several key fabric mechanical properties to predict garment quality. This has also become an important index in the determination of the rapid reaction system. For this purpose, this paper employed the stepwise regression selection in an attempt to establish the transformation model of the fabric mechanical properties and the draped pleat vision and beauty. Experiment findings revealed a positive correlation existed between the mechanical properties such as the curve stiffness, shearing stiffness, hysteresis of shear stress at 0.5 and weight, as well as the draped pleat vision and beauty. The stepwise regression analysis is truly capable of establishing the transformation model of the fabric mechanical properties and the draped pleat vision and beauty through several key fabric mechanical properties. The parameters included into the transformation model are the curve stiffness, hysteresis of shear stress at 0.5, compression resilience, and weight of the fabric. Actual test revealed that the draped pleat vision and beauty prediction model of this study serves as the transformation model and possesses a strong predicting ability. |
