中文摘要 | 暫態液相擴接合(Transient Liquid Phase Diffusion Bonding; TLP)主要使用 於接合銲接性不佳之耐熱合金。本文主要探討鎳基超金Mar-M247之TLP接合在不同等溫凝固 定時間條件下,其接合組織的變化,藉由硬度及機械性質測試判斷其接合品質。 實驗結果發現,磷元素在填料中與鎳產生脆性相化合物不易消除,矽則不易從接合區擴散至 基材而固溶於鎳基地。機械性質測試結果顯示,磷在接合區形成脆性相化合物將造成接合強 度的下降。 |
英文摘要 | TLP (Transient Liquid Phase) bonding is one of the most desirable methods to join hot cracking susceptible alloys such as Ni-based superaloys. In this study, the differential holding time of isothermal solidification during TLP of Mar-M247 using BNi-la foil and Ni-P coating filler metals is carried out to clarify the bonding mechanism. Shear test were conducted on specimens with vaious combinations of parameters. Experimental results show that specimens bonded by Ni-P coating exhibited brittle phosphite phase at the bonded region even after 10 hours isothermal solidification. And Si is soluble in Ni-matrix while bonded by BNi-la foil. Results of shear tests show that failure of specimens bonded by Ni-P coating were initiated at brittle phosphide phase. |
