中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討臺灣地區高等技職教育政策發展現況及有關問題,為瞭解各界的看 法與意見,編製「臺灣地區高等技術及職業教育政策發展調查問卷」,以高等技職教育學生 (含在校生及已畢業生),1,038 人, 及國內產、官、學、研界代表 411 人為對象,合計 ,1,449 名受訪者,分別調查他們對高等技職教育體制、教育目標、教育對象、入學制度、 學校運作、社會關係等六個層面之理想上與實際上的期望與意見。經統計分析後,整理受訪 者對上述六大類技職教育各項政策發展項目之意見傾向與落差程度,最後提出十八項高等技 職教育政策發展及現有問題之分析結果、以及六項結論與建議。 |
英文摘要 | The present thesis aims at investigating the status quo of policy development in Taiwan's post-secondary technological and vocational education and related issues. To obtain views and opinions from all circles, a questionnaire "An Investigation of the Policy Development in Taiwan's Advanced Technological and Vocational Education" was formulated. Subjects included 1038 students who had received or were receiving post-secondary technological and vocational education and 411 others who were local industrial, governmental, or academic representatives (i.e., 1,449 interviewees in total). They were asked about their expectations and opinions, both ideal and practical, concerning advanced technological and vocational education in terms of the following six aspects: educational system, educational goals, subjects studied, entrance admittance system, school management, and social relations. Statistical analysis was used to analyze the interviewees' opinions toward the afovementioned aspects. Finally, the analysis results of policy development and current issues in post-secondary technological and vocational education were listed in eighteen items, along with six conclusions and suggestions. |
