英文摘要 | The research takes document analysis approach, supported by field study to analyze the blind education policies of Mainland China. A synthetic perspective of education policy analysis and sinology for Mainland China is adopted as main methodology. The problems of the blind education policy of Mainland China can be solved in the following aspects: education goal, schooling system, evaluation, arrangement, curriculum, teaching, teachers, expenditure. such as the lack of blind education school, and how to improve the Braille, teaching materials, and methods of blind education. The merit and contribution of this research lies in a comparison and analysis of the blind education documents and blind education policies in Mainland China. Such a research is rare and valuable for it has seldom been done before. It may even provide a comparative point view for the special school authorities to examine if their special education policies are suitable, and then to improve the planning, execution, and evaluation of their blind education policies. |
