中文摘要 | 本研究主要以kaolin溶液模擬水中濁度在不同pH及鐵鹽劑量經混凝後上澄液粒子粒徑分佈之佈之差異性之比較。依目前之試驗結果發現,在不加入鐵鹽,kaolin溶液之總粒子數隨pH之增加而增加,且高濁度kaolin之溶液之粒子數大於低濁度,而不管高、低濁度之kaolin溶液,其粒徑主要以3-5μ為主,約佔總粒子數之50%。 在濁度20NTU,鐵鹽劑量控制在50 mg/L在,pH為4時,鐵鹽於水中存在之物種FeOH2+及Fe(OH)+2可吸附於帶負電之kaolin表面,形成更大粒徑之膠羽,而pH=10時,由於鐵鹽可徵成大量之氫氧化物,致使未加鐵鹽之kaolin溶液,其不同粒經之粒子數可均勻被去除,亦即不同粒徑之粒子數佔總粒子數之百分比並未明顯改變,故D90未見明顯之變化。至於固於pH=7時,變換不同鐵鹽劑量,則發現在100NTU之kaolin溶液,其不同粒徑之粒子數可均勻被去除,亦即不同粒徑之粒子數佔總粒子數之百分比並未明顯改變,故D90末見明顯之變化。至於固定pH=7時,變換不同鐵鹽劑量,則發現在100 NTU之kaolin溶液,以50 mg/L鐵鹽混凝後之D90最小,而20 NTU之kaolin溶液則以100 mg/L鐵鹽混凝後之D90最低。且混凝後上澄液之殘留濁度與粒子數也未有較佳之相關性存在。 |
英文摘要 | This research was to discuss the distribution of particle size for kaolin solution coagulated by ferric salt with different pH and coagulant dosage. From the data conducted, it indicates that the particle number of kaolin was increased with the increasing pH in condition of no coagulant added. Moreover, the high turbidity had more particle numbers than that of low turbidity. Whatever the turbidity is high or low, the particle size, 3-5 μm, was to possess about 50 percent of total particle numbers. For 20 NTU of turbidity and 50 mg/L of ferric salts, the species of ferric salts dissolved in water, for example FeOH2+ and Fe(OH)2+, could adsorb on surface of kaolin particle to form larger floc so that the particle number for different size could be uniformly removed, hence, the change of D90 was minor.. For the constant pH=7, the D90 of 100 NTU of kaolin coagulated by 50 mg/L of ferric salt was the least compared to other coagulant dosages, but the D90 of 20 NTU kaolin coagulated by 50 mg/L ferric salt was the least. Moreover, from the data of clarified water by coagulation, the particle number seemed to have no good correlation with residual turbidity. |
