中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討中部地區35家鑄造工廠空氣中粉塵濃度及其粒徑之分佈。經 由區域及個人採樣以測定鑄造工廠空氣中粉塵濃度及與落塵游離二氧化矽之濃度及其粒徑大 小,結果顯示約有三分之一鑄造工廠空氣中粉塵濃度超過我國法令標準,游離二氧化矽之粒 徑分佈介於 3.14 - 7.91 μ m, 由於空氣中粉塵小於 10 μ m 及含有高比例( 72.5% ) 之游離二氧化矽粉塵將會對鑄造勞工呼吸道產生不良之影響。因此,只有透過良好的通風系 統、完善的設計規劃及定期機械保養,方可維護鑄造勞工之健康。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to evaluate airborne dust concentrations and particle size distribution in 35 founderies in central Taiwan. Area and personal sampling were done to measure particle size and dust concentration for airborne dust and free silica was measured in settled dust. About one-third of tested foundries were found in noncompliance with current national standards. The mass median diameter (MMD) for airborne dust particles was 3.14-7.91 μm. Percentage of particle size less than 10 μm and high proportion (72.5%) of free silica are harmful to workers respiratory systems. Improved ventilation, better foundry layout, and regular maintenance may improve workers' health. |
