中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討技職幼保系大學生的自卑心理特微,並分析歸納健康因應策略之特色。以立意抽樣選取屏東科技大學幼保系四年級學生13名為研究對象,採質化研究進行資料的收集與分析。研究結果顯示:受訪者產生自卑的最主要因素是「對能力的負向認知」,並有負向的情緒感受。而因應策略方面以「重要他人的支持與鼓勵」、「自我激勵」、「同儕的支持與鼓勵」三者最普遍。另外,技職教育環境「提供適性發展的機會」對受訪者的影響最大。能降低自卑感受的具體事件有:能力與努力受肯定、積極經營自己有成、開擴社會支援網路等。而克服自卑感受後的改變有:受訪者增進自信心與感受正向情緒,人格特質更有彈性與人際關係的改善等。研究者歸納「自卑感受心理歷程」概念圖,其中「健康因應策略」是克服自卑感受的關鍵因素。另外,根據本研究結果的重要發現,研究者提出若干建議以供技職教育輔導工作者與未來研究者之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The investigation was to explore the characteristics of inferiority feeling of vocational students and analyze the healthy coping strategy. There were thirteen students selected from NPUST. The approach was qualitative analysis throughout collecting and analyzing data from the subjects. The final result discovered: The main factor of inferiority feeling was caused by the negative cognition of capacity, and all of the subjects have been experienced the inferiority feeling. The most important coping strategies were support from the significant others and peer group, and self motivated. The influence of vocation educational surroundings was to offer an adaptability environment of development. To reduce the stress of inferiority feeling included, it can be help by the acceptance of ability and efforts, self management and widen network of social support. The change of overcoming inferiority feeling was the enhancement of confidence, positive mood, the change of personality and the improvement of social relationship. Finally, the researcher established the mental process of inferiority feeling. Meanwhile, the 「healthy coping strategy」was the most keypoint factor to overcome the inferiority. According to this study. The researcher made some suggestions for guidance of vocational education and future research. |
