中文摘要 | 法治精神是國家競爭力的重要指標,在基礎的小學階段更是法治教育紮根的關鍵期;然由於法治教育,提升法治教學成效的具體做法,應透過法治教育評鑑。因此,若能將法治內涵化為特家的項目內容,以評鑑模式為依據,設計周延的國小法治教育評鑑規準,不僅可供學校師生自我檢核,亦有助於教育主管單位加強法治教育的推動。有鑑於此,本研究首先研析法治的義涵及主要國家小學階段法治教育實施的狀況;其次,設計國小法治教育評鑑項目內容;最後,提出國小法治教育評鑑實施之建議,供有關機構參考。 |
英文摘要 | The level of law-related awareness of people directly relates to the competitiveness of a nation. Therefore, the law-related education deserves to have a crucial and fundamental part in elementary school. The purpose of this study firstly is to explore the meaning of "rule of law" and "democracy"; then, the current status of law-related education in elementary schools in major industrial nations will be discussed. Authors develop and design the evaluation of law-related education based on the findings of critique and analysis above. Finally, some suggestions are made for the Government and further study. |
