中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探究當前國小教師對教師評鑑項目、實施方式、評鑑結果用途、擔任 評鑑人選的看法及對實施教師評鑑的贊成程度,以作為教育行政機關在規畫教師評鑑制度的 參考。 研究採文獻分析及問卷調查方式進行。共抽取臺南市六所國小 282 教師為施測對象 ,調查工具為「教師評鑑制度意見調查表」。所得資料以百分比、卡方考驗等統計方法處理 。本研究得到以下結論:一、國小教師認為「教師評鑑」的項目,以教師人品道德及教學精 神態度最為重要。二、教師對於評鑑採行的方式,並沒有明顯一致性的觀點。三、教師認為 評鑑的主要用途偏重在於形成性的目的。四、國小教師對擔任「教師評鑑」人選的看法偏向 於「學校考評委員會」及「教師自我評鑑」兩者。五、教師對於應否實施教師評鑑並無明顯 一致的看法。六、教師相當在意評鑑制度是否公平客觀。本研究並根據研究結論提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the perception of elementary school teachers on teacher evaluation system. The sample were gathered from Tainan City 6 public elementary school 282 teachers. The instrumenst was "The Inventory of teachers' perception on teacher evaluation. Frequency and Chi-square were used to process and analyze the collected data. The findings of the study were as the follow: (1)The evaluation criteria teacher prefered involved morality and ethic. (2) Teachers' perception on technique used to assess teacher performance were not consistent. (3) The primary purpose of teacher evaluation from teachers' perception should be to improve instruction. (4) The evaluators most favorable were Self-evaluation and Team of appraise from the teachers' school (5) Elementary school teachers didn't agree remarkably to operate teacher evaluation system, only if the system was fair. Suggestions based on the findings were discussed. |
