中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的在於比較雙元能量X射線吸收器(DXA)、水中稱重法(UWW)及皮脂厚測量法三者間之關係,以美國紐奧良大學(University of New Orleans US)不同種族的男性學生為受測對象,其中黃種人12名、白種人15名、黑種人15名,共計42人接受測驗,並比較不同種族之體脂肪百分比及骨質含量(bone mineral content)和規律性運動對體脂肪及骨質含量之影響,經統計處理及結果分析與討論,做成下列的結論。 (一) 本研究以DXA、水中稱重法及發脂厚測量法三種測量體脂肪百分比之方式,經皮爾遜積差相關法分析後得知三種方法之結果極為相近。 (二) 黃種人、白種人及黑種人之體脂肪百分比分為15.02±6.35%、13.09±2.39%、16.45±1.88%,三者間並無顯著差異。 (三) 黃種人、白種人及黑種人之骨質含量分別為2.98±0.38kg、3.08±0.39kg及3.29±0.20kg,黑種人具有較高的骨質含量,黃種人較低。 (四) 從事規律性運動者,具有較低的體脂肪百分比及蜳高的骨質含量。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the body composition measured by three methods, dual-energy X-ray absorptometry (DXA), underwater weight (UWW), and skinfold. Forty=two male subjects, 12 yellows, 15 whites, and 15 blacks, from University of New Orleans, USA, were examined. The percentage of body fat and the amount of bone mineral among three ethnos, and the influence of these traits by regular exercises, were analyzed statistically. The results were as follows. (1) The body composition, measured by DXA, UWW, and Skinfold method, were fairly close according to the Pearson’s correlation analysis. (2) The body fat contents of yellow, white and black etnos, were 15.02±6.35%, 13.09±2.39%, and 16.45±1.88%, respectively. The results were not differed statistically. (3) The amount of bone mineral of yellow, white and black ethnos, were 2.98±0.38kg, 3.08±0.39kg, and 3.29±0.20kg, respectively. Blacks were found to have the highest bone mineral, and yellows had the lowest. (4) A relatively lower body fat contents and higher amount of bone mineral were found among subjects who were engaged in regular exercise. |
