中文摘要 | 本研究選用鐵絲、瓊麻、鋼鐵及玻璃纖維等四種纖維材料,以四種水灰比(W/C)及 五種纖維體積比(F/C)製作各種不同配比之纖維混凝土(FRC)試體,在25噸動態材料試驗機 進行韌性試驗。發現鋼鐵材料為佳,鐵絲次之,而瓊麻與玻璃纖維為最差。鋼纖混凝土之韌 性行為隨F/C填加量及材齡之增加而遞增。水灰比與韌性成反比但與韌性指數之關係並不明 確。本文並利用掃描式電子顯微鏡微觀纖維材料結構特性及探討其韌性力學行為現象。 |
英文摘要 | Four kinds of fiber material (iron wire, steel fiber, sisal fiber & glass fiber) were studied. The fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) specimens were prepared by using four kinds of water-cement ratio (W/c), and five kinds of fiber content (F/C). The toughness behavior were tested and analyzed. It is fond that the best toughness behavior of FRC specimens shown is steel fiber, then in order of iron wire, glass fiber and sisal fiber. The toughness and toughness index both increased with fiber content and age. While the toughness is decreasing with W/C, but the relationship between the toughness index and W/C is unclear. The microstructural features of these four kinds of fiber materials were examined by using scanning electron miscroscope, and the results could be related to their distinct toughness behaviors. |
