中文摘要 | 傳統混(噴)凝土具有良好的耐壓能力,但是對於抗拉、抗彎及韌性等方面較弱 。若在混(噴)凝土中加入少量鋼纖維、強塑劑及卜作嵐細粉等即能改進上述缺點;並有以 下優點:減少乾縮量,避免裂縫產生,提高疲勞強度,增加阻抗磨損能力,減少衝擊損傷, 韌性佳,抗震力強。另就設計及施工性而言,鋼纖維可取代大部份鋼筋及鋼線網,減少舖設 鋼筋及鋼線網的時間及混(噴)凝土的厚度。本文除了簡要說明鋼纖維混(噴)凝土的力學 特性及組成材料性質之外,並列舉臺灣鋼纖維混(噴)凝土應用實例及展望,以供相關工程 參考。 |
英文摘要 | The conventional concrete/shotcrete has excellent ability in withstanding compression, but it has comparatively poor performances in tensile strength, flexure strength and ductility. These disadvantages can be significantly improved if the concrete/shotcrete mix composition is incorporated by adding an appropriate proportion of steel fiber, superplasticizer and pozzolans. This reinforcement could have the following advantages: to transfer brittle into ductility, to achieve a considerable flexural strength, to eliminate dry shrinkage, to suppress the propagation of cracking, to raise persistence to against fatigue, to create high abrasion resistance, to decrease impact damage and to provide with a remarkable energy absorption to shock caused by seismic forces. From the design and construction point of view, some cases, steel fiber can completely or partially replace both rebar and wire mesh. Meantime, the thickness of concrete/shotcrete can be substantially reduced. This can greatly save the materials and the time for setting up the placement of rebar or wire mesh during construction. This paper, beside briefly explains the mechanical and dynamic properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete/shotcrete and the characteristics of the composition materials, also illustrates with current and prospective applications of steel fiber reinforced concrete/shotcrete in Taiwan. |
