英文摘要 | Weight Training is the most effective muscle fitness sport. If we take use of dumbbells or barbells, which is also an economic and convenient way. And in lots of health center, multiple health equipment are easily found. Even, if body weigh is taken as training loading, enable muscle being obviously used, which also belongs to the category of weigh training, too. If we aim at the maintenance, the training frequency shall be well noted, never do works by fits and starts. If you wish to obtain an effective training, three days of a week of training is necessary. The above suggestions are provided to people who wants to achieve it in short period of time. |
