英文摘要 | All sol-gel organic-inorganic materials based on the prepolymer of a melamine, and an alkoxysilane (tetraethoxysilane;TEOS) have been developed. The alkoxysilane was incorporated into the melamine matrices with different weight ratios (10 to 90%) . Thermal properties of the organic-inorganic materials are greatly enhanced as compared to those of the cured melamines. This is due to the suppression of molecular motions by the formation of inorganic networks. No sign of phase separation was observed for all compositions when magnification was 10k. Optical Clarity was obtained for each composition. Silica particle sizes ate well under 1 μm. |
