中文摘要 | 聚丙烯二醇(PPG)和甲苯二異氰酸鹽(TDI)以不同莫耳比反應,先生成末端基為異氰酸鹽的urethane預聚合體(ITUP)。然後再與三羥甲基丙烷(TMP)反應,生成末端為TMP且分子量不同的多醇urethane預聚合體(UP)。這些UP與等當量或過當量的六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺(HMMM)及適量酸觸媒(對甲苯磺酸)混合溶於乙二醇一丁醚(BCS)中配製凡立水。塗於磷酸鋅處理過的鐵片,經烘烤後即得polyetherurethane塗膜。本篇探討不同時間,不同溫度下的膠化率及其架橋膜的機械性質和捲片漆的適用性。膠化率測試得知等當量的HMMM與TMP含量較多之UP(UP-a~d)在180℃烘烤30分鐘後,其膠化率皆可達90%以上,而與TMP含量較少或PPG含量較多之UP(UP-1~3)烘烤後膠化率偏低。加入過量的HMMM於UP 時可提高其架橋率使膠化率達到80%以上,這似與HMMM本身自我縮合作用有關。交鏈膜之機械性質除與UP中所含PPG比例有關外,尚與交鏈膜形成時,添加HMMM量有關。添加HMMM量愈多或UP中所含PPG比例愈少時,斷裂強度增加但伸長率減少。 |
英文摘要 | Trimethylol propane (TMP), polypropyleneglycol (PPG), and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) were reacted in various molar ratios to produce TMP-TDI-PPG-urethane prepolymer (UP),which were mixed with hexamethoxymethylmelamine (HMMM) and some quantity of acid catalyst in ethylene glycol mono-n-butyl ether (butyl cellosolve; BCS) to give varnishes. The varnishes were coated on the zinc-phophated iron plates and baked to obtain the crosslinked polyetherurethane films. Effects of the prepolymer composition and the amount of HMMM added on the gel content and mechanical properties of the crosslinked films were investigated. For the UP containing higher parts of TMP moiety (UP-a~d) and mixed with equivalent HMMM, the gel content of all the casting film after being baked at 180℃ for 30 min was higher than 90%. Whereas, the cured films obtained from the UP with lower parts of TMP (UP-1~3) had lower gel content. Excess addition of HMMM in the latter case enhanced the crosslinking density leading to a gel content higher than 80%, probably related to the self-condensation of HMMM. Higher additive amount of HMMM and lower proportion of PPG in the UP caused a higher strength at break while lower elongation of cured film. |
