中文摘要 | 燃料本身組成特性將影響引擎性能與廢氣排放等問題。以實際引擎操作來觀察燃料噴霧過程頗為不易,本文建立一定容模擬裝置(constant-volume bomb)以分析捕捉不同環境溫度下燃料之噴霧特性,做為直噴式柴油引擎燃燒特性之先導測試依據。本實驗以柴油為基礎油,摻入不同比例醇類成為醇-柴油-水複合實驗用油,以高速攝影法與雷射粒徑繞射分析技術探討其不同溫度下之噴霧特性,實驗結果得知:本模擬分析技術可有效捕捉不同燃料之噴霧特性;在高溫環境下,複合燃料噴霧液滴在噴射末期2~3ms時,特殊的液滴微爆現象有助於液氣混合,二次霧化結果有助於提高燃燒效率。 |
英文摘要 | The exhaust emissions from diesel engines are one of the major sources of air pollution. The compositions of fuel are the important factors in determining the pollutants. In this paper, Spray characteristics of diesel oil-alcohol-water composite emulsified fuels at different ambient temperature were analyzed in a constant volume bomb which simulated elevated temperature condition in diesel chamber. The experimental results will provide scientific basis for further study on the combustion characteristics of burning the composite emulsified fuels. The additives alcohols (methanol, ethanol, propylene glycol) were emulsified with diesel oil at various mixing ratio as the test fuels. Spray tip penetration and spray angle were investigated by high speed photography. SMD(Sauter mean diameter)was measured by Laser Diffraction Particle Sizer. The experimental results indicated that the spray tip penetration was increased than diesel oil, SMD changed a little at higher temperature range. Above 300℃, spray angle of composite emulsified fuels was smaller at the beginning of injection and larger at the end. |
