中文摘要 | 因為柴油引擎燃燒室內一氧化氮的生成速率與燃氣溫度具有高度相關性,若缺少 輻射熱傳量的考量,對燃氣溫度的計算將產生誤差,所以對一氧化氮濃度計算也將產生誤差 。本文針對預燃式柴油引擎,分別計算兩燃燒室(預燃燒室與主燃燒室)內碳煙粒子的濃度 ,考慮其對熱輻射的影響。根據區域法發展出預燃式柴油引擎的輻射熱傳模式,同時配合噴 霧燃燒的現象模擬模式,計算燃燒期內較合理的燃氣溫度變化,以期獲得更精確的一氧化氮 濃度。並探討燃燒室的壁面溫度對燃燒室內燃氣溫度及一氧化氮的影響。結果顯示,在引擎 轉速不變,引擎負荷愈大,則燃氣溫度與一氧化氮物濃度皆愈大;而當引擎負荷不變,引擎 轉速愈大,則燃氣溫度與一氧化氮生成濃度皆愈小。 提高壁面溫度 10% 時,燃氣溫度、熱 輻射量及一氧化氮生成濃度均明顯增加,但壁面溫度增加 20%,此改變便不明顯。該計算曾 與氣缸壓力實驗值加以比較,其結果顯示使用該模擬模式預測的可靠性。 |
英文摘要 | The calculation for gas temperature will result in making errors without including heat radiation. This will make errors in the calculation of nitrogen-oxide concentration, because the formation rate of nitrogen oxide is highly correlated to gas temperature in the combustion chamber of diesel engines. This paper is to calculate the concentration of soot particles in two combustion chambers (main and pre chambers), and to evaluate the influence of soot particles on heat radiation. We have developed a heat radiation model for prechamber diesel engines by means of a zone method and incorporated this model into a phenomenological model of spray combustion. In this way, we can obtain more accurate concentration of nitrogen oxide. The results indicate that gas temperature and nitrogen-oxide concentration increase with increasing engine load when engine speed keeps constant; on the contrary, the decrease with increasing engine speed when engine load keeps constant. Gas temperature, heat radiation rate and nitrogen-oxide concentration apparently increase when the wall temperature is increased by 10%; by contrast, they obscurely change when the wall temperature is increased by 20%. |
