中文摘要 | 生物粉末活性碳處理法(PACT)為傳統活性污泥法之延伸處理,籍由微生物再生及粉末活性碳吸附相互作用的結果,增加生物處理系統的對水質變化的緩衝能力及提高處理效率。此法可直接使用既有之活性污泥處理系統設施,不需要再投下龐大經費建造新的設備,並可解決國內染整業工廠在增設處理設備時,取得土地困難之問題,並能使放流水可符合更嚴格之1998年排放標準。已有多位學者證實PACT系統可增加汙泥沈降性,有效解決傳統活性汙泥法之汙泥膨化問題,更有學者研究顯示PACT法對有機物的去除效率高於傳統活性汙泥法。本研究以分散性染料廢水進行PACT技術評估與實驗室規模之實驗,同時探討PACT處理系統與傳統活性污泥處理系統,比較水質變動對兩者之處理效果的影響,並研究各種不用操作條件下PACT系統之處理效率。 |
英文摘要 | PACT (Powder Activated Carbon Technology) methods were widely adopted in the developed country in treating domestic wastewater and petro-chemical wastewater. Generally, PACT is a modified activated sludge technology which associates the physical properties of activate carbon and the biological reactions of activated sludge. In a PACT system, the reactions may include adsorption, desorption, degradation and bio-regeneration. Due to the complicity of these reactions in the PACT system, there were few detailed studies reported, but many researchers and field experiences indicated that the system could enhance settling of sludge and increase the bio-degradation of non-biodegradable pollutants in the wastewater. This study was conducted by comparing the treatment efficiency of a traditional activated sludge reactor and a PACT reactor. The results show that under the same operating parameters, the PACT reactor presents a better performance than the traditional one. |
