中文摘要 | 處理大量的資料是批次作業軟體系統的主要特徵,相對的批次作業對於反應時間 ( response time )的要求則不像交談式作業,甚至即時作業軟體系統那麼嚴格。 電信帳 務系統中絕大部份的作業都是採取批次處理的方式,在受到民營電信公司的競爭壓力下,帳 務系統需要處理的作業日漸增多,作業彈性的要求也愈來愈高,若未能有效改善現行批次作 業的執行效率與作業品質,勢必影響整個電信的服務品質。本文將蒐集且分析影響批次作業 執行效能與作業品質的相關因素,同時為了對批次作業的效能與品質提出有效的改善措施, 必須於測試過程中蒐集一些重要資訊來協助判斷效能品質不彰的原因,故在本文中也提出一 套可以提昇批次作業效能品質的測試方法。 |
英文摘要 | The essential characteristic of batch processing is to process mass data. In the billing system of telecommunication, there are many major functions that applied the batch processing. In order to cope with competition pressure of new telecommunication corporations. The performance, flexibility, and quality of batch processing must be enhanced and improved. In this paper, the factors that affect the performance and quality of batch processing will be collected and analyzed. At the same time, in order to improve the performance and quality of batch processing, the important information in test processing must be collected. For this, a testing approach to improve the performance and quality of batch processing will be proposed. |
