中文摘要 | 儲冰系統之性能關係到整個空調系統之使用效益及投資回 收,然而,因其為應用系統,無法在實驗室做性能測式,故建立一套儲冰空調現場實用之測 試方法甚為重要。本文所議之測試方法之主要目的在於獲得儲冰槽之儲冷量、儲冷效率及可 提供之空調冷卻率。此方法有三個特性,其一為簡易之測試方法;其二為可用於現場實用系 統之性能測式,在實際應用之模式下測試儲冰系統各方面之性能,此為目前推廣儲冰空調所 急需之技術;其三為此測試方法利用儲冰系統之基本功能及熱傳特性,可用於不同儲冰空調 方法之測試。本文先將國內外相關技術文獻及研擬中之測試標準作一簡介,並分析其用於國 內空調儲冰系統測試之可行性。綜合兩次專家與業者座談會之見,了解目前產業之需求及對 儲冰系統性能測試之看法,建議了儲冰系統測試之方法。測試方法之內容包括了測試內容、 量測儀器之應用、量測條件之簡易說明、誤差分析及實例測試之心得。本文亦藉由實例測試 之成果說明了現場測試對提升儲冰系統性能與效益之重要性。 |
英文摘要 | The performance of the ice storage system is important to the effectiveness of air-conditioning and also the investment payback. However, icestorage systems are not factory made standard systems, therefore laboratory test is of little meaning and field test is important. This paper proposes a test method to evaluate the storage capacity, storage efficiency and cooling capacity under actual application conditions. This method has three characteristics. Firstly, it is a relatively simple test. Secondly, the performance is measured under the conditions of actual applications. Lastly, the basic functions of energy transfer are measured, therefore, applicable to different ice storage systems. In this paper, the literature on relevant technical topics and proposed test methods for thermal storage air-conditioning. Were reviewed first, The applicability of test method was studied. Two forums were held to understand the practical needs of a test method. With above consideration, a test method is proposed, which includes the items of testing, instrumentation, measurements, error analysis and the results of field-testing. Discussion was also presented for the test method proposed. The results of field test are used to demonstrate the benefits of field testing in elevating the performance of the thermal storage air-conditioning. |
