中文摘要 | 大學教育之目標主要為供應實業界所需各階層人力,因此在培育學生能力時,應與實業界之需密切配合。大學企管教育人力之培育,在學校教學和產業需求之間有極大落差,有三項必須充實,一是基本能力的部分,包括語文、資訊的應用能力;二是專業能力,是進入職場核心能力;三是能夠瞭解職場趨勢。政府、企業、教育單位必須採取積極有效的措施,多元性培養優秀的專業技術人才和管理人才。本研究運用模糊德菲法採取三角模糊數解模糊化的方法評選出科技院校企管學生就業能力指標。基本能力主指標分三大項,次指標10項及38項細目指標;專業能力主指標分別為三大項,次指標10項及39項細目指標。 |
英文摘要 | The goal of higher education aims at offering the industrialists all levels of human resources. Hence, the training of students' competency should cope with the industrialists' need. However, there are three points of gaps that requires to get improved between the teaching and the industrial need in terms of the training of business administration education: first, the basic competency, i.e., the language and computer competencies; second, the professional ability, which is the core ability to have the access of the job market; and third, the ability to understand the tendency of the job market. The government, industrialists, and the school education should take effective plans to multiply train the professional talents of business administration. The fuzzy Delphi method was used in the paper along with the triangular fuzzy number to design the competency indicators of employability among the business administration major students of the colleges. The core competencies are three: minor indicator for 10 items and 38 items for detailed indicators; the professional competencies are thee, and the minor indicator for 10 items and 39 items for detailed indicators. |
