中文摘要 | 本文主要研究目的在於發展模糊德菲層級分析法,解決群體決策的共識性問題, 以及模糊多屬性決策法計算過程太複雜之問題。本文自行發展模糊德菲法,來表示各種可能 性的群體決策共識性狀況,同時將以模糊德菲法結合幾何平均數法,發展成模糊德菲層級分 析法,用以求解各屬性(各方案)的模糊權重,經由模擬方式可分析各種不同決策狀況下, 方案排序變化的情形。最後並以航空站區位選擇問題從事實例分析。 研究結果發現:(一)模糊德菲法不但能節省調查時間與成本,而且能忠實的表示群體意見 ,不扭曲各專家原來的觀點;(二)模糊德菲層級分析法能得知方案產生逆轉的情況;(三 )模糊數建立過程簡單易懂;(四)計算過程簡單,可處理多層級、多屬性、多方案的決策 問題。 |
英文摘要 | A new fuzzy Delphi analytic Hierarchy process (FDAHP) is developed in this paper. It is solve the consensus problem of the group decision, and to simplify the calculation process of the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making. In this paper, we combine the fuzzy Delphi with the geometric mean method to develop the FDAHP. This FDAHP helps to get the fuzzy relative weights of the attributes (altematives); and through simulation, to analyze the changes of ranking under different decison making environmetns. In the end, we use the choice of the airport location as an example to do empirical study. The results are as follows. (1) The fuzzy Delphi method not only saves the survey time and the cost but also denotes the group opinions clearly. (2) The FDAHP will help to get the reverse of the alternative ranking. (3) It is easier to get the fuzzy numbers. (4) The calculation process is so easy that we can deal with complicated decision making problems. |
